Logistic回归是流行病学研究中常用的方法，然而在实际分析时往往只考虑数据，而不考虑设计，容易导致一些误导性结果和结论。本文主要结合观察性研究的设计目的，探讨logistic回归分析中的具体思路，为logistic回归的实际应用提供借鉴。 英文摘要 : Logistic regression has been recognized as a commonly used method in epidemiological studies. However, in practice, many people only consider ‘data’ rather than ‘study design’ as important issue when working on the analysis, which may easily lead to some misleading results and conclusions. Based on the purpose of observational research during the design of the study, this paper discusses the specific ideas in logistic regression analysis, and provides references for the practical application when logistic regression method is used.
