DSLR image quality from a mirrorless camera Record the beauty of the world around you, shooting images that capture the atmosphere of unplanned moments. Inside the EOS M6’s compact body you’ll find a large 24.2-megapixel CMOS sensor that produces superb results, even in low light or high-contrast conditions. A blend of compact and DSLR Portable enough to slip into a pocket or bag, the EOS M6 lets you be spontaneous with photography – capturing unexpected moments with clarity and creativity, using a camera you can take everywhere. Blazing performance when you need it the most Dual Pixel CMOS AF focuses as quickly and accurately as a DSLR, tracking objects automatically as they move around the frame. The EOS M6 is a fast shooter too, capturing 24.2-megapixel images at up to 9 fps (7 fps with SERVO autofocus). Dual Pixel CMOS AF Fast focusing for photographers. Smooth focusing for movie makers.
New levels of movie creativity
Smart sharing and connectivity – no wires required Always-on Bluetooth® and NFC make it easy to link the EOS M6 to a smartphone or tablet computer via Wi-Fi. Once connected you can browse images and share them with friends via the cloud. You can even control the camera remotely, seeing what it sees on your device’s screen. We will achieve this by delivering an average improvement of 3% per year in the lifecycle CO2 emissions improvement index per product. Which if sustained would mean roughly a 50% reduction from 2008 levels by the year 2030. We recognise this to be in line with the level of reduction called for by the Paris Agreement. We will continue to undertake target reviews from a long-term perspective as a way of checking our contribution to the realisation of a low-carbon society.
