2015年5月23日,阳光保健养生中心邀请荷兰阿姆斯特丹交响乐团首席华裔小提琴家郑锦龙做客其文化沙龙畅谈“信仰·音乐·养生”,受到老人们的热烈欢迎。郑锦龙先生是世界著名小提琴演奏家。他曾研究过道教,后又皈依禅宗。他的讲座采取自由提问的互动形式。在回答老人们的提问中阐释了他对信仰,音乐和养生的看法。
郑锦龙先生认为,音乐是来自天国的声音,是天国的语言。音乐犹如看不见的光,有各种层次,其间的细微差别都可用声音来表达。音乐家的天职是消除天人合一的障碍(remove boundary)。当然他们的意境有差别。好的音乐家必须是修行家。如他的老师梅纽因修行瑜伽,曾赴西藏雪山中坐关数年,已达到无我,忘我的境界。
郑锦龙先生说:地球的振动频率是440兆赫,相当于小提琴中的“A”音。各个星球的振动频率都不同,合起来就是交响乐。音乐非常神奇,七个音符构成一个螺旋形。世界上很多事物都是螺旋形的,例如一朵花就是螺旋形的。“一花一世界”,此之谓也。宗教同信仰不同。宗教是人组成的,而信仰是发自内心的。老年人要使心静下来,学会放下。人充满了正能量,身体就好了。至于喜欢哪一种音乐,就随自己所好了。
郑锦龙先生演示了贝多芬,莫扎特和勃拉姆斯是怎样用音乐来表达“空”的。最后,他以门德尔松一曲美妙的“乘着歌声的翅膀”结束他的讲座。夏笠老先生和阳光老人今白向郑锦龙先生赠送了贺诗以表感谢。
