祝宝宣，2011年从大连理工大学取得博士学位，现任江苏师范大学教授、基础数学专业硕士生导师、运筹学与控制论专业硕士生导师及导师组组长、南京师范大学博士生导师、江苏省“333人才工程”中青年学术带头人、中国运筹学会图论组合分会副秘书长、中国工业与应用数学学会图论组合及其应用专业委员会常务委员、信息和通讯技术领域的数学专业委员会委员、江苏省运筹学会常务理事、美国数学评论评论员等。多次受邀访问台湾省中研院、新加坡南洋理工大学、美国West Virginia大学（1年）、伦敦大学学院（1年）等。 主要研究领域：组合数学与图论，已发表SCI学术论文40多篇。近期主要研究方向：解析组合学。
