Account's Offers
: Offers personalized for you, when you consider upgrading your device, adding a line, or a new plan.
Featured Offers
: Discounts from Verizon that you can claim anytime after they appear. Claim one, or claim them all. They're always changing and available to you if you are eligible.
Make the most of your plan
: Highlights unused benefits from your Unlimited plan that are not currently activated, such as Apple Arcade® or Disney+.
Super Tickets
: Access to our most exclusive experiences, including sports and concerts, as well as new devices and more. They’re first come, first served, and only a limited number of Super Tickets are made available. If you qualify, you can try to claim Super Tickets.

Presale tickets
: Exclusive access to purchase tickets for the artists you love, before they’re available to the general public. If you qualify, you are able to purchase Presale tickets. Tickets are first come, first served, and there is a limit of 4 Presale tickets per event, unless the artist sets a lower limit.

: An exclusive benefit to access tickets that are available for a limited time during the general public on-sale and can only be purchased by Verizon customers.
Survey

Yes, when the language on your device is set to Spanish (US), you can
update your My Verizon app to the Spanish version
. Additionally, you may choose the Spanish language indicator, in the top right of your screen, when viewing Verizon online.
Note: The My Verizon app only supports Spanish - United States at this time. You'll receive an error message, stating the app isn't available in Spanish, when your device language is set to other versions of Spanish.

With Verizon Up, you have exclusive access to purchase tickets for the artists you love before the tickets become available to the general public. The presale period varies, but it's typically 2-3 days ahead of the regular sale period.
You can choose your seats from select Presale tickets that are available in a variety of seating sections and prices.
You can browse available Presale tickets, and purchase them through the Ticketmaster website.
If you qualify, you can purchase up to 4 Presale tickets per event, unless the artist sets a limit less than 4.

You're eligible if you have a consumer postpaid wireless account with Verizon. The tickets are available for a limited time during the general public on-sale and can only be purchased by Verizon customers.
You purchase Select Seats tickets by connecting your Verizon account with your Ticketmaster account. Once the accounts are linked, select your seats and use a credit card to complete your purchase on Ticketmaster.

Read the details carefully to make sure you understand what the Super Ticket is and when you need to use it.

You must submit the claim form before the timer reaches zero.
Super Tickets are first come, first served, and quantities are limited. If prompted, be sure to complete the claim forms right away (before the timer on the screen reaches 0), or you may lose the Super Ticket.
Once a Super Ticket is claimed, no one on your account will be able to claim another for 6 months. If you claim a High Value Super Ticket, no one on your account will be able to claim another for 24 months.
Timing may vary, but generally you'll receive a confirmation email within 5 - 7 business days with details about receiving the Super Tickets.
The way you receive the actual tickets will also vary by event. You could receive a PDF, digital ticket, Will Call ticket, etc.
Because Super Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis, it's important that you fill out the claim forms promptly. You must:

If you don't complete the claim form before the timer reaches 0, you may lose the Super Tickets.

Limited quantity.

Employees may or may not be eligible. Terms specify if an employee is eligible.

If you qualify, you can redeem 1 Super Ticket every 6 months, per each mobile phone account.

If you qualify, you can claim 1 High Value Super Ticket every 24 months (e.g., a Fly Away ticket), per each mobile phone account. (After claiming a High Value Super Ticket, you must wait 6 months before you are eligible to claim a Super Ticket.)
A High Value Super Ticket is a Super Ticket with a total value of $600 or higher (i.e., a Super Ticket that meets the 1099 tax threshold).
Any applicable federal, state and/or local income and other taxes on the Super Ticket are your sole responsibility. We may be required to report taxable amounts to the appropriate taxing authority.
Verizon Up has changed. As part of the changes, all unused Device Dollars expired on 6/30/22 and are no longer available to be used toward the purchase of a device.
