Past VMA teacher here
I definitely DO NOT recommend coming here!
Teachers are treated like kindergarten kids! You will be asked to give red packets in WeChat groups if you are late for meetings, even if you have valid reasons. A lot of meetings going on here. For example, you will be asked to attend professional training during weekends, and your weekends will be screwed!
Students are not as great in a certain context. Sometimes there will be only three students in your classroom if your class is in the first period. What's more, principals have no sense about what they are doing, but VMA is so good at advertising, so they try to cover things up. Sexual harassment happens frequently (just as other faculties comment below).
Overall, most students do not like VMA. (Just read this thread, and you will get some more info: 在万科梅沙书院就读是怎样一番体验？ ) Most teachers do not like it either because you will be treated differently based on your race, gender, and nationality.

謝邀，
來VMA做老師已經有三年了，算係比較熟悉內部的情況。就簡單講下我在VMA的感受。
老師之間關係十分複雜，有些好有些不好，尤其是中教和外教之間。科主任十分專制，就比如進度黎d嘢，一定要統一規格化，好似我d冇權利的最好就乖乖執行，未時搞到佢地無高興就自身難保啦！
學校規則年年新，內部垃圾唔見清！
之前仲發生過老師之間複雜的關係，估計故事已經傳了成個學校了。
中教工資低，外教不願留。個個外教都好似黎旅遊嘎（當然還係有小部分很好的外教）。
基本上這裡的教育情況就係：學生打機，老師划龍舟。諷刺的係中教如果敢划龍舟，被d鬼佬捉到就衰咯！
