Error 102 when updating iTunes 12.4.3: So I recently received a 2015 MacBook Pro from a friend. When trying to complete a lot of updates that were necessary for the Mac. One in particular is struggling to update and that’s the itunes 12.4.3 update it constantly pops up with a error 102 and does not let me commence the update. Tried lots of things and am lost. Any advice?

Set this Up Anew:
To get items to operate as they should, set this up anew. Being that your friend has given you this Mac, they should set this up anew (as if they were to sell it). Have them perform as instructed here, including

Error 102 when updating iTunes 12.4.3: Just to clarify, the mac itself was already cleared. I had already logged into the MacBook with my own Apple ID and such. Am I supposed to repeat the steps you had linked myself to solve the issue? Thank you for the response!

It says early 2013. What is weird to me however is that the friend of mine said that this same mac was on a higher update with the newer interface that is now on all MacBooks. This was prior to when they had cleared themselves off of it reset it and gave it to me so I’m not sure why I’m encountering having issues updating it.
