Hi all,

I restarted my phone and now Monzo won’t even go past the loading screen. It just crashes. Have tried toggling the reset session in settings and also restarted phone again.

The app has been updated to the latest v4.45.0 running iOS 15.6.1 on iPhone 12.

How can I get this fixed?

Issue: Monzo closes itself when I try to launch it. Details to reproduce: launch the Monzo app OS: iOS 15.5 Device: iPhone 12 Pro App Version: 4.37.0 Screenshots: [image] Only started happening this morning. My phone automatically updated to 4.37.0 overnight. I’ve tried reinstalling the app to no avail. Tried restarting my phone too. No beta software here.

If you click through to the thread I linked to above you’ll see that Monzo are aware of the issue and are working on fixing it.

For folks stuck in this situation, rolling back to older build via TestFlight seems to do the trick.
