Belong Groups are the small group ministry of Transformation Church. Participation in a Belong Group is voluntary. This agreement is between a Participant and Transformation Church. The purpose of one joining a Belong Group is to experience spiritual growth, build community, engage with others in a safe environment where people can be themselves, and have fun meeting on a regular basis.
Belong Groups meet on a Semester basis (usually 12 weeks) with a month break between the Semesters. Groups can meet virtually or in-person. Belong Group Facilitators are volunteer leaders who have applied for the role. A facilitator completes a volunteer application, a background check, and is approved by the Belong Group Department. Training and support are provided by the Belong Group Department and the upper tiers of leadership (Captains and Coaches).

Belong Group Leaders are volunteers, NOT employees, and if a volunteer leader holds a professional license as a counselor or minister, or happens to be a TC employee, they are NOT operating under those licenses or titles as a volunteer leader when leading a Belong Group at Transformation Church.
As a Belong Group participant you agree not to hold Transformation Church liable for any acts and/or conduct performed by a facilitator outside the scope of their defined or delineated roles for Transformation church as a indicated in the first paragraph and on the

The following expectations pertain to Belong Group Leaders:
Belong Group leaders will not make requests for financial assistance and/or offerings.
Belong Group leaders should not be collecting money on behalf of TC. If this happens, please report this immediately to [email protected]
Belong Group leaders should not be requesting loans or inviting anyone in the group to participate in any type of business ventures or investments.
Belong Group leaders should not request personal information from group members including, but not limited to, social security numbers, physical addresses, and banking/financial information.
Belong Group leaders should not initiate or engage in inappropriate intimate relationships with group members.
Belong Group leaders should not be engaging in one-on-one conversations and or electronic communication with minors.
