杨毅教授简介

杨毅博士,四川大学生命科学学院教授,博士研究生导师,四川省学术和技术带头人。曾担任四川大学“ 985 工程”西南资源环境与灾害防治科技创新平台 生物资源与生态环境研究中心主任( 2005-2015 ),生物资源与生态环境教育部重点实验室主任( 2005-2018 ),四川省细胞生物学会理事长( 2008-2016 ),中国细胞生物学会常务理事( 2006-2012 )。

  • 利用 ABI2 为诱饵筛选并鉴定出脱落酸( ABA )信号传导途径中的新信号分子 Fibrillin ,通过揭示 Fibrillin 的积累介入了 ABA 所介导的 PSII 光保护的过程,从而在脱落酸应答途径、 Fibrillin 和光胁迫之间建立了一种全新的联系,并证明 Fibrillin 基因表达和其作用可能紧密地交织在脱落酸信号传导的过程中( Yang et al., PNAS 2006 )。与德国 Grill 教授合作发现植物激素脱落酸细胞内受体 (Yang, Dissertation, 2003; Ma et al., Science 2009) ,该项工作被称为是 “Land Marker Paper” ,被 Science 评选为 2009 年全球十大科技进展。

  • 解析了蛋白质激酶 CARK1 通过磷酸化 ABA 受体来调控 ABA 信号的分子机理 ( Cell Discovery , 2018; JEXBOT , 2019) 以及 E3 泛素连接酶 AtRAE1, RIFP1 通过降解 ABA 受体进而参与 ABA 信号的传递 ( Plant, Cell & Environment , 2016, 2018) ;阐明一个全新的 UDP- 糖基转移酶 UGT71C5 如何在植物体内催化脱落酸 ABA( 有活性 ) 转化为 ABA-GE( 无活性 ) ,从而达到植物体内 ABA 的内稳态平衡的分子机制 ( Plant Physiology , 2015)

  • 发现一个与植物、微生物的热耐受性相关的未知基因 BnTR1 。将 BnTR1 转入在水稻、烟草、拟南芥、小麦、玉米和黑麦草中也发现能够增加植物的抗逆能力。同时, TR1 也能够提高工业微生物如产苏氨酸棒状杆菌、产赖氨酸棒状杆菌和啤酒酵母等的耐热性能。因此, BnTR1 具有重要的理论意义和巨大的实际应有价值。目前,以第一发明人身份申请了 12 项有关 TR1 的国家发明专利和 2 项国际 PCT 保护权。
