阐述了资源环境水文地质学中的一些基本问题,其中包括水资源开发的效应系统和缓解措施系统,水资源环境工作的系统工程、经济分析及其优化。优化结果给出半定量关系式,即当地表水和地下水的过度开发量△q与缓解影响投资后经济损失与水资源过度开发量之间的非线性系数m’成反比时,水资源环境工作总体上最优。 资源水文地质 环境水文地质 水资源开发效应系统 水资源环境系统工程 Abstract: Some basic problems in the resources-environmental hydrogeology are reviewed in this paper,including systems of effects of water resources development and systems of mitigative measures, systematic engineering,economic analysis and optimization of water resources-environmental work.The results of optimization lead to a semiquantitative relation which indicates that the water resources-environmental work will be optimal in total,when the quantities of overdevelopment of surface and underground waters are inversely proportional to the nonlinear coefficients between these quantities and economic losses due to environmental impacts after investment for mitigating these impacts.
