为实现工作区和休憩区之间的自然过渡,我们采用了色温各异、特色鲜明的灯光设计。建筑服务团队设计了一面“绿墙”,嵌入空气净化器和空调系统,用以提升空气质量。为提升经理室和大型会议室的舒适度,我们还专门配备了辅助的风机盘管式空调机组。此外,我们还设计和建造了淋浴间,并负责了交易厅的电气系统设计工作。

邓祖明(Joe)董事表示:“在这个项目中,淋浴间的设计是最大的难题之一。从管道和排水设计的角度来看,必须要采用悬空式地台,才能确保排水通畅。不仅如此,现有的基础管道对于淋浴间来说尺寸偏小。因此,我们在项目初期与客户和合作伙伴协调沟通,才最终保证了项目的成功交付。”
