大厂幸福学校是一所具有英伦风格、庄严典雅的现代化学校。校园占地 140 亩，建筑面积 5 万多平米。学校拥有一支满怀教育情怀，专业精湛的教师队伍，各项设备设施完善精良。目前在校生 2000 余人，含小学部、初中部、高中部，是一所十二年贯通培养的寄宿制优质民办学校。
学校提出“五个统筹”的课程构建思路。在课程构建上，强调优化课程结构、加强逻辑关联、体现难度递进，实现用有限的课时达成课程价值的最 大化，师生负担的最小化，培养学生必备品格和关键能力，满足学生自主发展的需求。完善评价机制，丰富课程资源，拓宽课程建设途径。建设覆盖全面可选择的多样化课程，实现“成就每一位学生”的办学目标，为学生的终身发展和人生幸福奠基。
The School puts forward the course construction thought of “Five Overall Planning”. In the course construction, the emphasis is on optimizing the course structure, strengthening the logical connection, embodying the difficulty progressive relationship, maximizing the value of the course with limited class hours, minimizing the burden of teachers and students, cultivating students’ essential character and key ability, and meeting the desire of students’ self-development. We will improve the evaluation mechanism, enrich the course resources and broaden the way of course construction, construct a wide range of optional courses to achieve the school goal of “devote to the achievement of every student” and lay the foundation for students’ life-long development and life happiness.
注重学生的人格塑造，在品德修养和价值观 教育方面为小学低年级、初中七年级和高中十年 级开设了系列课程，编辑了《童蒙养正》、《少 年养正》、《修身养正》三本教学读本，配合《小 学生守则》、《初中生守则》、《高中生守则》 进行 1-2、7、10 年级全学年教学。通过《守则》 与读本的综合式学习活动，培养学生良好的人格 修养、道德情操，厚植家国情怀，为学生未来的 发展打好人格修养的底色。
