马可．马泽斯基律师 (中文名：馬意峰，意大利文：Marco Mazzeschi)为马泽斯基有限公司的创办人，在商业法和企业移民方面已有30年以上的经验，获2018法律名人榜（Who’s who Legal）年度分析评价为最受推荐的意大利移民律师。

马可．马泽斯基律师于1985取得钖耶那大学的法律硕士学位，1988年取得律师执照注册于米兰律师协会后，开始为许多重要的律师事务所服务，協助国际客户于收购意大利公司和房地产、国际仲裁及其他企业及商业相关法律事务。2002年起，成為美国移民律师协会（American Immigration Lawyers Association, AILA）以及国际律师协会（International Bar Association, IBA）的正式会员。

马可．马泽斯基律师于2007年创办马泽斯基有限公司(Mazzeschi S.r.l.)，專注於企业移民业务，客户包含上百家財星五百大企业、国际移民服务提供商、以及來自中国、美国、日本、澳大利亞之跨国企业，协助世界各地的高阶人才移居至意大利工作和生活，除了提供意大利移民法律咨询顾问服务，以协助办理跨国企业员工于意大利执行工作任务期间之工作许可、居留许可和家人居留许可等等事务。

自1993年起，马可．马泽斯基律师开始為亚洲地区的客戶服務，並於2015年成立於台北联络处，2016年加入台北律师公会成为准会员。马可．马泽斯基律师是Asian Business Research 亚洲商业研究期刊的编辑委员之一，亦于山东财经大学法学院及中国文化大学(台北)担任访问讲师(2018-2022)。
