Same. Looks like something is wrong with the PAC file parser.

Error appearing in the console when evaluating the PAC file:

nw_proxy_resolver_create_parsed_array PAC evaluation error: kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork: 308

308 = cfErrorPACFileError

Impacting iOS 11 beta 2 for me... Same PAC file has been working fine on iOS 10. Creating new rdar...
