傅耀华律师是高盖茨律师事务所上海分所的合伙人。他在跨境并购和投资以及就电力和石化项目和交易为客户提供法律咨询方面拥有超过25年的丰富经验。他的客户包括全球能源、采矿、金融机构、工业、汽车、医疗保健、技术、物流和其他领域的主要从业者。 除此之外，傅律师还积极参与中国公司和国有企业的全球境外投资活动和交易。傅律师还曾作为借调律师在英国石油公司和高盛公司工作。傅律师精通多种语言，在2016年至高盖茨上海分所任职之前曾先后在香港和澳大利亚执业。
