气候变化
对CAREC地区的多重影响，同时表明各国共同努力以有效减缓和适应气候变化的重要性。
针对气候变化，CAREC即将开展一项研究，概括介绍该地区面临的主要气候变化问题，确定潜在的合作领域。
过去五六十年间中亚地区因气候状况发生变化而缩减的冰川面积。雪盖不断消融，加之天气气候事件日益加剧，引发了洪水和山体滑坡等一系列自然灾害。而且，自然灾害发生频次和强度均在增加。
