    过去五六十年间中亚地区因气候状况发生变化而缩减的冰川面积。雪盖不断消融,加之天气气候事件日益加剧,引发了洪水和山体滑坡等一系列自然灾害。而且,自然灾害发生频次和强度均在增加。
