editor__text"><p>有以下症狀不一定等如感染了呼吸道合胞病毒，但身體不適求醫之前，亦可以作為參考：</p><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">鼻塞及流鼻水</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">咳嗽</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">發燒</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">喉嚨痛</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">頭痛</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">胸悶</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">呼吸困難</span></li></ul><h3><strong>嚴重感染會引致甚麼併發症?</strong></h3><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">嚴重的感染可擴散到患者下呼吸道、導致肺炎、中耳感染或小氣道發炎等。通常普通病症都會在一到兩周康復，但如果病情嚴重的話，患者亦有機會在兩周後仍然出現哮喘等症狀。</span></p><h3><strong>呼吸道合胞病毒的高危人士</strong></h3><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">長者、長期病患者，包括心臟病、</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">癌症、</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">神經肌肉障礙患者；以及5</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">歲或以下的小童，特別是6個月或以下的嬰兒</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">較容易受感染。</span></p><h3><strong>什麼情況下要求醫？</strong></h3><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">若患者出現呼吸困難、發高燒或皮膚呈藍色，尤其是嘴唇和甲床發藍等病徵，有機會是嚴重的感染個案。</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">家長如發現子女出現食欲不振、容易疲累、氣促等病徵亦應盡快求醫</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">。不過，就如上面所指，</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">患者一般可在1至2星期內痊癒</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">，</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">而且大部分感染個案病情都相對輕微。</span></p></div><h2 class="editor__h2 editor__menu_anchor" id="content-4">新冠肺炎和呼吸道合胞病毒有何分別?</h2><div class="editor__item 400;">保持良好的個人和環境衞生是最有效的預防方法。經常保持雙手清潔，打噴嚏或咳嗽時應用紙巾掩蓋口鼻。如感到不適，避免前往人多擠逼或空氣流通欠佳的公眾地方。保持健康生活習慣，適量運動和均衡飲食以增強抵抗力。如果家中有小孩，建議經常使用 1 比 99 稀釋家用漂白水消毒常被兒童接觸的表面，如傢俬和玩具，預防病毒散播或停留的機會。</span></p></div><h2 class="editor__h2 editor__menu_anchor" id="content-6">治理方法</h2><div class="editor__item editor__text"><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">可用支援性療法紓緩病況，例如使用退燒藥；嚴重個案或需氧氣療法或管飼法。如有引起的併發症，例如肺炎、竇炎或中耳炎，患者或須服用抗生素。</span></p></div><h2 class="editor__h2 editor__menu_anchor" id="content-7">「免疫缺口」令嬰幼兒定必感染呼吸道合胞病毒?</h2><div class="editor__item editor__text"><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">新冠疫情期間長期戴口罩，不少兒童及成年人因未有接觸過病毒，而失去對病毒的免疫屏障和令整體自身免疫力下降，因而出現「免疫缺口」。</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">加上近日天氣反復不定，嬰幼兒比較容易著涼。兒童又常用手碰觸不同事物探索，病菌容易透過雙手接觸到眼耳口鼻進入身體，因此染病機機率較高。</span></p><h3><strong>父母應如何護理？</strong></h3><p><span style="font-weight:
