Key guideline and directions for the inquiry-based and exhibition-based education activities in the natural history museums is to turn scientists' inquiry for scientific purposes to students' inquiry for learning purposes. This paper takes scientific exploration summer course for “little graduate students” in Beijing Museum of Nature History which has a living exhibits in the aquarium as an example to introduce implementation details, and to analyze the original intention and idea of the design, students' conditions and response strategies, the degree of self-learning, evaluation and so forth. It provides reference and inspiration for other similar and related activities.
