个人简介 ： 孙子林，男，主 任 医师，二级教授，博士生导师， 江苏省医学领军人才，天山学者讲座教授。德国乌尔姆大学医学博士、中国药科大学理学博士，前任东南大学医学院副院长。东南大学糖尿病研究所所长， 长期从事医学高等教育、科学研究、临床医疗工作。

研究方向 ： 所带领团队研究方向聚焦于糖尿病慢性并发症发病机制和干预策略、糖 尿病胰岛纤维化的细胞和分子机制、糖尿病教育和管理模式的建立。基础研究方面，在国家自然基金资助下，与国外著名实验室密切合作，开展2型糖尿病胰岛纤维化细胞分子机制的研究。 临床研究方面，率先引进国外先进的糖尿病教育管理模式，创立了国内第一家糖尿病自我管理学校，并构建了医院、社区、患者、志愿者四位一体的糖尿病自我管理教育和管理网络；集成中大医院多学科优势，成立了江苏省内第一家跨学科协作糖尿病足病中心，开创了“糖尿病足病全程管理”新模式，在国内糖尿病学界享有较高声誉。

参与或主持完成国家级科研项目4项，省部级科研项目7项，目前在研国家级科研项目3项，省部级科研项目4项，国际合作项目2项。业已发表学术论文200余篇，其中SCI引用论文35篇。先后多次被IDF、EASD、IDF-WPR、APCDE等国际著名学术会议邀请做学术报告。主编专著2部、副主编3部、参编5部。
